1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website (dewetech.co.za) or accepting a service quotation/proposal from DeWet Technologies ("we", "us", or "our"), you ("Client" or "User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

DeWet Technologies provides full-stack digital solutions including but not limited to:

• Custom website design & web application engineering.
• Professional property, interior, commercial, and aerial drone photography.
• Google Business listing setup, local competitor SEO, and ranking optimization.
• AI chatbot automation, WhatsApp bot workflows, and calendar synchronization.
• Cloud web hosting, domain maintenance, and nightly off-site backups.

3. Quotations, Pricing & Payment Terms

All pricing is quoted in South African Rands (ZAR). Project development commences upon receipt of the agreed deposit or initial setup fee (e.g. Standard Web R3,000 setup, Website + Photography R5,000 setup, or E-commerce Portal R12,000 setup).

• Monthly Value Plans: Ongoing hosting and maintenance subscriptions (e.g., R250/m, R350/m, R550/m) are billed in advance on the 1st of each calendar month.
• Payment Gateways: Invoices can be paid via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or secure online card payment gateways (Yoco / PayFast).
• Overdue Accounts: Accounts outstanding past 30 days may incur suspension of hosting services until account balances are settled.

4. Intellectual Property & Photography Rights

Upon full payment of setup fees, final website design assets and custom media belong to the Client. DeWet Technologies retains ownership of proprietary underlying source code libraries, framework boilerplates, and developer scripts.

Photography Rights: Clients receive high-resolution edited images for their commercial usage. DeWet Technologies reserves the right to showcase completed website designs and photographic captures in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) has been signed.

5. Hosting & Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We strive for a 99.9% uptime target for sites hosted on our cloud server pipeline. Scheduled server maintenance is performed during low-traffic periods. We perform regular off-site backups but advise Clients to retain copies of their critical data.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide accurate text content, logos, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing required project assets may extend delivery timelines accordingly.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, DeWet Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party server downtime, internet connectivity outages, or unauthorized third-party site access.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
